Since 1958, our artisanal pastry shop has told a story shaped by passion, quality, and tradition. What began as a family-run confectionery workshop is now a point of reference in Sanremo for those who appreciate authentic flavors and a timeless atmosphere.
Over the years, we have expanded our offering while preserving our original spirit: in 2009 we opened the café, introducing vegan brioches and plant-based alternatives such as almond and soy milk; in 2019 we launched our artisanal gelato, showcased in a carefully curated display; in 2025 we also introduced our savory selection and baked leavened goods.
Even today, every dessert tells a part of our story. And every customer becomes part of it.
Every panettone, every brioche, every Bacio di Sanremo tells a piece of our story. Knowing that our customers recognize it is the greatest gift of all.

Spring 1958
The Pastry Shop Is Born
In the heart of Sanremo, in 1958, our pastry shop was born: an authentic place where the aromas of artisanal sweets and the warmth of tradition began to tell a story shaped by passion, genuine ingredients, and recipes passed down through generations. It was here that the famous Baci di Sanremo were created, a symbol of our love for confectionery excellence.
The Café Opens
In 2009, alongside our traditional pastries, the café was introduced. Every morning we welcome our guests with fragrant brioches, including vegan options, served with almond, soy, or oat milk. A refined and welcoming setting where breakfast meets every need, without ever compromising on quality.

The Gelato Shop
In 2019, we introduced our artisanal gelato, showcased in a splendid display that tells a story every day through flavors crafted with natural ingredients and authentic passion. A corner of freshness where tradition and innovation meet, with careful attention also given to gluten-free options (with possible cross-contamination).
Our Offering Expands to Savory
In 2025, we completed our evolution by introducing savory offerings: artisanal leavened goods, savory cakes, and refined specialties crafted with the same care we dedicate to our panettoni, colombe, and chocolates. A selection that combines the elegance of classic pastry with the pleasure of new taste experiences.
